Return Policy

To return an item, please follow our 4-Step Return Authorization Procedure: procedure:

Step 2
Please reference the Invoice # and the particular item that you would like to return with a brief explanation of your dissatisfaction.

Our credit department will then evaluate your claim and issue you an R.A. # if feasible. Number (QR#).
Step 4
Once you receive your R.A.#, simply replace the item in its original packaging and return your package via U.P.S. Ground, FedEx Ground, or Insured Parcel Post to the following address:

Mr. Meinzinger brings a wealth of experience to his position as Chairman of GiftGiant.com. He is currently the CEO and President of Creative Bath Products, Inc., a manufacturer and importer of designer bath accessories and related products. His company employs more than 700 people and occupies more than 500,000 square feet in Central Islip, NY as well as manufacturing operations in South Dakota, Massachusetts, and Canada. At his direction, the company has enjoyed 25 years of consistent growth and profitability with annual sales approaching $100 million. In 1997, Mr. Meinzinger was named Chase Manhattan Bank's Entrepreneur of the Year.
Before founding Creative Bath Products, Inc. in 1973, Mr. Meinzinger was a partner in Allied Brass, Inc.. He was born in Hungary, and emigrated from Germany to the United States when he was 21 years old. Today both peers and competitors recognize him as a master of building equity by means of profitability.
Michael Brielmann
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Brielmann founded GiftGiant.com in 1996. His vision of building a highly profitable and well-branded gift giving service has come to fruition with the shared contributions from his executive team. By employing a business model that joins the end consumer with the origin of the products that they buy, GiftGiant.com delivers superior quality giftware at the right price.
Mr. Brielmann has a breadth of experience in the gift business. Most recently, he worked as the Vice President of Panel Trim, Inc., a wholesale gift company that specializes in personalized gifts. Under his leadership, giftware sales increased 485% to nearly $4 million in less than five years. He shepherded the company through key acquisitions, divestitures, and mergers.
He earned his Bachelor's degree from the University at Albany, where he double majored in Business (cum laude) and English (summa cum laude). One of six to earn the distinction of University Honors Scholar, Mr. Brielmann was also awarded the University's Governance Award for his work as Comptroller of the student body's $1.7 million budget. He was admitted to St. John's Law School in 1994 and worked as an intern for the New York State Attorney General.
