At GiftGiant.com we calculate your shipping charges based on the method of delivery that you select. You will be prompted to select a delivery method when you are entering the Shipping Information for your Order during the checkout process. All orders are shipped from our New York location.

GiftGiant.com uses U.P.S to ensure that your shipment is received on or before your targeted date of delivery.

All orders for plain & unpainted merchandise will ship within 24-48 hours of the day that they were received. All orders for hand-painted merchandise will ship according to our production department's lead time, which varies for each item, design & time of year. 3-Day Guaranteed by U.P.S to arrive in 3 business days from the time it leaves our warehouse, excluding holidays. Please NOTE: Product codes that begin with "X" are hand-painted & require additional production time. Selecting 3-day shipping means that you will receive your order faster; however, it doesn't necessarily mean that your order will arrive at your door in 3 days. Calculated by UPS according to weight.
2-Day Guaranteed by U.P.S to arrive in 2 business days from the time it leaves our warehouse, excluding holidays. Whenever possible, in an effort to minimize your shipping charges, GiftGiant.com will advise you when your order meets the potential for a hundred weight shipment. You will be given the option to add onto your order or leave it as is.

RETURN POLICY

Your 100% satisfaction is our goal at GiftGiant.com. If for some reason you are unhappy with your shipment kindly contact our credit department at 1.888.Gift-Giant (1.888.443.8442) and we will be happy to assist you. To return an item, please follow our 4-Step Return Authorization procedure:

Step 1
Contact
Service@GiftGiant.com or call us toll free at 1.888.Gift-Giant (1.888.443-8442) between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm (EST).

Step 2
Please reference the Invoice # and the particular item that you would like to return with a brief explanation of your dissatisfaction.

Step 3
Our credit department will then evaluate your claim and issue you an R.A.# if feasible.

Step 4
Once you receive your R.A.#, simply replace the item in its original packaging and return your package via U.P.S. Ground, FedEx Ground, or Insured Parcel Post to the following address:

Once we receive your return, we will exchange your item or issue a credit to the purchaser’s credit card. If you are returning an item because it is damaged, GiftGiant.com will refund your shipping expense.
